Listed here is a collection of articles about stolen statewide elections in Arizona. Democrat Katie Hobbs is the Secretary of State, and oversaw the vote counting for her own race for governor. Thanks to smartphones and free speech friendly platforms (Twitter, Truth Social, Rumble), the people of Arizona can sound the alarm on this and other foul play.
Taking inspiration from protests in Brazil and China, Americans are speaking up. The Arizona governor’s race may or may not be “certified,” but the issue won’t go away. This may lead to a tumultuous but nationwide overhaul.
“The Maricopa County election results make literally no sense unless you consider that they were illegally manipulated.”
“Maricopa County voters are a material amount of the votes in the state. The statewide results are significantly impacted by the results in Maricopa. Maricopa County counted 1.5 million ballots in the midterm election. The entire state had 2.57 million ballots counted.”
“Liz Harrington reported this afternoon on more anomalies with the Maricopa County results from the 2022 election:
“In 2022, according to Maricopa County:
75.4% of Republicans turned out –– an increase from 2018
68.5% of Democrats turned out –– a decrease from 2018
Independent turnout was slightly down
There are more registered Republicans (1,436,852) than Democrats (1,270,544) in Arizona
Yet…none of the top Republican candidates benefited from this?””
Conservative Brief- Kari Lake to File Lawsuit Citing Wave of Voting Issues in Arizona Elections:
“Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake is making a legal move following her race against Democratic opponent Katie Hobbs.
“Lake has filed a lawsuit against Maricopa County election officials seeking records pertaining to the recently concluded election, in which some media outlets have declared Hobbs the winner. Lake has not conceded yet to Hobbs, who, according to The Associated Press, leads Lake by around 17,000 votes.
“The lawsuit states: Plaintiff desires that every lawful vote be properly counted and every voter who was eligible to vote be allowed to vote. Unfortunately, due to Defendants’ failures, many eligible voters may not have been able to vote. Because Defendants were unable or unwilling to conduct a reconciliation of voter check ins against ballots cast of each polling center on election night in accordance with Arizona law and have now unlawfully refused to produce public records in response to two public records requests regarding how they administered the election, Plaintiff cannot determine that every lawful vote will be properly counted. The records Plaintiff requested in response to the numerous issues with Defendants’administration of the election are consistent with a parallel demand by the Arizona Attorney General for answers to questions about the Defendants’ actions.”
The Post Millennial- Maricopa poll worker says over 500 voters disenfranchised at one location alone:
“At a Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in Arizona special meeting on Monday, a poll worker testified that hundreds of citizens in the county were disenfranchised in the midterm elections.
“”Ladies and gentlemen of the Board of Supervisors, I was a poll worker. And what I will say that I’ve seen is voters this cycle have in fact been disenfranchised,” the poll worker said, “Because we as poll workers were not taught how to check out voters at our poll centers. And then at my poll center, where we literally had at 7 pm on Election Day 675 people waiting in line. Out of 675, do you know how many came in? 150.”
“On Monday Cochise County Supervisors voted 2-1 to delay the certification of the rigged 2022 Midterm Election.
“Mohave County also decided to call a recess on their meeting and reconvene at 2 pm to weigh their options on certification of this corrupt election.”
“On Monday night Katie Hobbs, a convicted racist, sued Cochise County for failing to certify the fraudulent results.”
“The Maricopa County Board of Supervisers hosted a public comment session on Monday and got lit up by a number of Arizona voters and election workers.
“But one Arizonan in particular, Denise Babeon from Phoenix, spoke for many when she explained how Maricopa County’s election was a complete disaster. Watch:”
“The Chair of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors has revealed that he was only voting to certify the state election under legal duress.”
““I found out today that I have no choice but to vote ‘Aye’ or I will be arrested and charged with a felony,” Gould said.
The Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has threatened to charge election officials with Class 6 felony charges if they don’t certify her election.”
Logan: “This is a moment now for people to see them for who they truly are. We now are in no illusions about the Bill Gates of Maricopa County, right? He’s shown his true colors, and so have the rest of them at the Board of Elections in Maricopa. Over the objections of their constituents, over the objections of the GOP locally, over the objections of people all across this country, they have certified an the election that the truth is, they have absolutely no way to vouch for those results. It is a complete lie. And they have been put to shame by Cochise County in Arizona and put to shame by another county in Pennsylvania; counties that had the courage to stand up and say we’re not going to certify an election that we can’t stand by.
“And the real truth here is that there isn’t an election official in America who can certify an election that is run by machines because they don’t speak code. They don’t go into those machines, they don’t test them, they don’t have the vaguest idea what they’re talking about. When they tell you they certified that election, they’re lying, lying, lying, lying, lying through their teeth.
“And the reality is that when they say they do risk-limiting audits and all these other controls, you know what you find when you peel back the curtain? Oh wait, a risk-limiting audit is you looked at maybe 100 ballots out of how many 1000s, and you use that test sample to say that all of them are valid. Until we have an election system that can be verified and transparent by anyone in this country, it should be like jury duty. You should have kids in high schools that are there, you should have cameras, you should have every step of the process be transparent because you know what I discovered when I worked on this for seven months straight is that every step of the process is involved with fraud. That’s the truth of our elections. There is no part of our elections that isn’t subject to fraud, and it’s time to stop lying to ourselves and lying to each other.”
“There isn’t a left and a right or a Democrat vs. Republican Party,” said Logan. “You need to look to Brazil, and you need to look to China because the price that those people are willing to pay to stand up for their principles is a lesson to all of us… Don’t miss your chance to make it count because you’re not going to have this chance forever. And what you think you’re risking is already gone, if it even existed in the first place.”
“Democratic Arizona Secretary of State and Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs’ top deputy threatened the Mohave County Board of Supervisors with prosecution if it didn’t certify her election results before a Monday deadline, according to emails and documents reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
“Arizona State Elections Director Kori Lorick wrote several letters and emails to members of the board, warning them of criminal charges if the refused to certify the results in time. The letters included threats of lawsuits against the members for “nonfeasance,” as well, per the emails.
““The Secretary of State did contact our County and cited A.R.S. Section 16-1010 as a statute that could be used to prosecute [the board] if they did not certify the election,” said Matt Smith, the Mohave County Attorney, to the DCNF. The statute is an Arizona felony statute regarding election officials who “fail to perform their duties” under the law; as a Class 6 felony, upon conviction, it could result in up to two years’ imprisonment.
““The threat of legal action, including personally, came from the Arizona State Elections Director [Kori Lorick],” said the board’s chair-elect, Supervisor Travis Linginfelter. While previous reporting noted that the board’s members were warned of prosecution by their counsel, the board’s members have now stated that the threats came from Lorick, who reports to Hobbs, as well.”
“Even as a new poll finds a whopping majority of likely voters believe Election Day problems in Maricopa County likely swayed the outcome of the Senate election in Arizona, a federal judge imposed rare sanctions against attorneys representing GOP gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake in her legal challenge to the county’s administration of the 2022 election.
“A recent Rasmussen Reports poll found that 71% of likely U.S. voters “believe it’s Likely — including 40% who say it’s Very Likely — that problems with the election in Maricopa County affected the outcome of the Senate election in Arizona.” Among Republicans, 52% said “very likely,” and 27% said “somewhat likely.” Meanwhile, 23% of Democrats said “very likely,” while 42% said “somewhat likely.”
