This YouTube video provides us a 30 minute #dumbbell workout aimed at boosting #testosterone and building muscle. Marc “Funk” Roberts, and his wife Angela, lead us in 30 unique exercises, each performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Short rest periods are one component of raising #testosterone. The others are compound movements (working multiple muscles together,) and heavier weights. You shouldn’t use heavy weights for the shoulder exercises, I recommend 10 lbs or lighter. Using a pair of 8 lbs weights, a pair of 15 lbs, and a pair of 25 lbs was plenty for me the few times I’ve done this. You can progress to heavier dumbbells the more often you do the workout, for the body parts besides shoulders.
