Although the Old Testament of the Bible gives the Jewish people very strict and detailed guidelines for worship, the New Testament has very few for Christians. Pastor John says this is to accommodate the cultures of other nations and grow the church worldwide. The main rule for the church is to honor the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit above all other things, and not the false gods and idols of other religions. God is to be given credit as the Creator and Lord.
